Panel will consist of faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students at UMass

Moderated by Dr. Ashley Woodman, faculty in Psychological and Brain Sciences

The second event in the Campus Climate improvement Grant Disability Speaker Series will be a panel discussion on Disability Experiences in Higher Education. The panel will consist of members of the UMass community--students, faculty, and staff--who identify as disabled, and will be moderated by Dr. Ashley Woodman. Topics discussed will include disability experiences, representation, and ableism on campus. Additionally, the panel will offer suggestions to improve the campus climate for people with disabilities, including through disability-inclusive spaces on campus. This event will take place via Zoom and will last approximately 90 minutes.
